Specializing in historic renovation of homes in the Denver Metro area.
Your wish is our command. If you can dream it, we can build it.
Restoration and Renovation of Historic Homes is our specialty (we adore those old Victorians!) but new, old, or somewhere in between - we've never found a project we couldn't handle. Historic projects have included work for Central City, City of Brighton and Longmont. |
Meet the Owner
Martin Kujawa
I've been a Licensed General Contractor for over 43 years. Before that, I left the Benedictine Monastery to join the "real world". Ha!! I've travelled to over 60 countries, and lived in India, Sri Lanka, China for short stints. I'm a Massage therapist, Aikido instructor, Yoga instructor and Spiritual Seeker as well as a friend of Bill W, a voracious reader, a photographer, and energetic creator of furniture and stone fountains.
About Me
As an active member of the Home Builders Association and Historic Denver Preservation, Inc., I have always prioritized community involvement. My business has thrived thanks to the trust and recommendations of individuals within the Denver Metro Area, reflecting a deep connection to the community I serve.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve dedicated my time as a volunteer coordinator at the Catholic Worker Soup Kitchen and served as a member of the Conflict Resolution Center for 12 years, teaching children valuable skills in resolving conflicts. I also volunteer as a Chaplain at a local church and am a proud member of the Denver Justice and Peace Center (DJAP).
My Business PhilosophyMy approach to business is simple: a contractor’s duty is to protect the interests of the homeowner at every step. I view each project as a partnership—a “brief marriage,” if you will—where contractor and homeowner become a team united by a shared goal.
Awards and Recognition
Kujawa Construction is proud to have been recognized for excellence by the Council of Professional Remodelers (CPR) of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver. We earned awards for:
